During Michael’s time onboard he displayed a diverse knowledge of culinary skills including fresh baked bread, handmade pasta, as well as many other delicious meals prepared for the owners and the crew alike. Both trips for the owner onboard went very well, leaving the guests and owner happy.
Michael got up to speed quickly and delivered immediately, integrating well into the galley team and wider crew. His
food was consistently praised by both crew and guests alike, not only for its quality but also for the creativity and
balance he brought to every meal.
In my experience over the past decade working in the yachting industry, I can assert that Michael is one of the finest chefs I have had the pleasure of collaborating with. His extensive skill set and attention to detail have significantly elevated our,culinary offerings, leaving a lasting impression an our guests.
We’ve had many yacht chefs, but Michael is on another level entirely. We’re used to being underwhelmed—standard dishes, repetitive menus, or food that doesn’t match our restaurant experiences. Michael changed that from day one. Every plate was refined, modern, and beautifully executed, as if we were dining in a Michelin-star restaurant at sea. Traveling with children can make mealtimes complicated, but Michael handled our family with ease. He managed to create fine-dining menus for the adults while also preparing kid-friendly versions that weren’t ‘dumbed down.’ Our children tried new flavors for the first time because he made everything approachable and fun. Chef Michael's ability to provide allergy-friendly meals,
including gluten-free and dairy-free options, has been very
enjoyable to me and my guests. His creativity in crafting
delectable dishes while accommodating dietary restrictions is
truly remarkable. He consistently delivered outstanding culinary
experiences that left my guests and me thoroughly satisfied.
Chef Michael had different menus for us each day, Japanese one night, Peruvian the next, then a tapas day for lunch better than we had in Spain. It was an awesome trip but the food was a huge part of it the whole group talked about it for weeks, thank you Chef!
His passion for cooking and true talent is evident in every dish he creates. Michael's vast knowledge of a wide variety of cuisines and techniques is a true asset to any charter or private yacht program.
During his time aboard, the Vessel cruised Florida, the Bahamas, South Carolina, North Carolina, and New England, USA. The Vessel attended the Newport Yacht Charter Show where Michael held an exceptional lunch service for 9 yacht brokers, photographers, and industry professionals. The feedback I received from all attendees was nothing but praise for the quality of food, presentation, and delivery of the luncheon.
Your food was to die for Michael thank you for everything. You made our dream of chartering a yacht even more memorable by catering to all of our needs, thanks for taking care of us and our children. We had a great time.

Michael's cooking is outstanding. He is creative and his flavors are excellent. During his time onboard the Owners visited the yacht and Michael prepared various meals for them and they were very pleased with what he prepared on short notice.
