Loft Dinner
I created a 5 course menu for a group of friends and loved ones, there were 12 people, 60 plates, executed by myself and 3 friends. A fellow chef, a sommelier, and a photographer. Using any resources I had at my fingertips, I created an improvised, one of a kind experience in my cooking studio. The photos I have gathered here are from that night, which was truly special. This night was first of many to come, and I am very excited for the next opportunity to do something like this again.
